Lock-Ins Next lock-in: May 17, 2008 Lock-ins are open to anyone 12 years of age or older. The lock-ins run from 11 PM to 6 AM and include unlimited lazer tag, unlimited soda, and 2 slices of pizza. This Permission Slip needs to be signed by a parent of any minor who will be involved in the lock-in event. Please print this slip, fill it in, sign it, and bring it with you when you drop your children off for the event. Cost: $25.00 per person Permission slips signed by parent or guardian are required for anyone under 18 years of age.
